Not allowed in the hotel
- smoking in the room — a fine applies; smoking is allowed only in designated areas;
- bringing food and drinks into the room;
- giving the key and guest card to outsiders;
- littering on the hotel grounds;
- using fireworks.
Important
- When leaving the room, hand your keys in at reception. The fine for a lost key is 50,000 ₸.
- At check-out, hand in the room and magnetic card to the administrator and settle payment for additional services.
- Guests’ visitors may stay in the room from 09:00 to 20:00. Later — only with registration for the stay.
- Keep money, documents and valuables in the room safe. The hotel is not responsible for items left outside the safe.
- Damage to hotel property is compensated by the guest at full cost.
- The hotel may refuse entry to invited persons who are intoxicated.
- The hotel is at an altitude of 3200 m — make sure your health allows you to stay at such an altitude.
- When leaving the room, close taps and windows and switch off lights and electrical appliances.
- Follow the rules of the hotel and the Shymbulak mountain resort.
